General description
CRKL belongs to a family of adaptor proteins containing SH2/SH3 domains that couple to effector proteins including p130CAS, SOS, Abl, and Arg. CRKL plays a role in the mediation of Integrin- and Rac-dependent cell migration and in Ras-dependent activation of JNK. The protein is also involved in T-cell activation. Phosphorylation of CrkL on Tyr207 is known to be correlated with its inhibition.
Immunogen
KLH synthetic peptide including and encompassing Tyr 207 of human CrkL.
Legal Information
